2. Once your order is confirmed, our team will send the total amount of your order. Pay the amount via bank transfer or GCash. We will be providing you the payment details for your preferred method.

3. Upon payment confirmation, finalize your pick-up schedule (date and time). For delivery service, book your delivery via Grab, Lalamove, or any preferred courier service provider using the pick-up details our team will send you.

qualify for FREE DELIVERY within 1 km radius from I’M Hotel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Cancelling items, combining orders in separate receipts, changing delivery address and/or preferred date and time of delivery, or preference might affect order’s Free Delivery eligibility.
  • If order is for delivery to multiple addresses, please specify specific items to be delivered to each address. To qualify for Free Delivery, the value of the delivery going to each address must meet the applicable minimum spend detailed above.
  • I’M Hotel reserves the right to change or discontinue Free Delivery offer at any time for orders placed after such change is published or announced on our website www.imhotel.com.
  • Order cancellations are not allowed. However, customers can add new items or increase the quantity of the items in their order, provided these changes are made by the day before they selected delivery date.
  • Offer is not valid for corporate/bulk orders. Available free delivery time slots are as follows (please take note of the cut-off ordering time) Daily, 8 AM – 8 PM (Last order by 7:00 PM). For deliveries outside the identified locations, we will transfer delivery of items to courier/delivery service providers like Grab, Lala Move or any third party riders.
