- No refund, exchange, or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
- I’M Hotel reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of the event by others.
- Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction, or theft and release I’M Hotel, their employees, promoters, performers, sponsors, and venues from liability.
- Reselling event ticket(s) at the same or any amount over the initial purchase price is prohibited.
- We would like to caution the public against buying tickets from unauthorized sellers or resellers. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, guests take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
Safety Measures:
- Wearing face masks within the venue is optional. However, guests are encouraged to practice personal safety and social responsibility by wearing their face masks, especially in crowded areas, both indoors and outdoors. Event attendees are advised to self-evaluate their health and physical condition before attending our New Year Countdown Event.
Admission Rules:
- Entrance will be at 6 PM
- Admission to Antidote Gastropub on New Year’s Eve from 6 PM to 12MN is by full ticket only.
- No professional photography and videography are allowed unless otherwise approved by the management.
- No outside food and beverage is allowed into the venue.
- The New Year countdown event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above. The event is not recommended for 60 years old and above.
- Guests agree to submit to any search for prohibited items, including but not limited to sharp objects, weapons, drugs, illegal substances, and unauthorized photography or any recording equipment. Possession of any of the items mentioned above will be subject to confiscation, or the guest will be denied entry.
- By entering the venue, all guest consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded in connection with the event and agree that such content and recordings can be broadcasted, distributed, or displayed by I’M Hotel without compensation to the guests.
- Seating is subject to Antidote Gastropub’s discretion.

Rates are in Philippine peso and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. The hotel has the right to refuse guests that will not follow government guidelines. Prepayment is required.
