TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso
  1. Standard check-out time is 12 PM ; Check ā€“ in time is 2 PM Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office (subject to availability). If available additional charges may apply.
  1. Booking revisions must be arranged through our Reservations office.
  1. Room rate(s) is / are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during new travel date(s).
  1. Night extensions are subject to availability.
  1. For non-guaranteed reservation(s), Iā€™M Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation(s) by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  1. Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge.
    Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge.
    Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
  1. Valid ID with photo or passport is to be presented at Reception upon check-in.
  1. Php 2000 deposit for overnight stay and Php 5000 deposit for stays of 2 nights or more will be asked upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.
  1. For third party payment transaction or for payment made on behalf of the occupant, a copy of credit card and Government ID of cardholder is strictly required for presentation upon check-in.
  1. The Hotel Keepers Act of The Philippines is applicable.
