RE: Invitation to Tender for Food and Non-Food Supplies
I’M Hotel invites interested and eligible suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of food and non-food supplies. We are seeking reliable suppliers who can deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive prices.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of supplies:
Food Items:
Fresh fruits and vegetables, Dairy products, Meat and poultry, Dry goods (e.g., grains, pulses, spices), Beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Frozen foods, Bakery and confectionery items, Other food items.
Non-Food Items:
Cleaning and sanitation products, Kitchenware and utensils, Packaging materials, Office supplies, Maintenance and repair materials, Other non-food items.
Tender Submission Requirements:
Interested suppliers must provide the following documents along with their tender:
- Company profile
- Valid business registration/license
- Product catalog or list of supplies offered
- Price list with applicable taxes and delivery terms
- Any relevant certifications or quality standards
Tenders must be emailed at purchasing@imhotel.com with the subject line “Tender for Food/Non-Food Supplies – (specific item category) OR submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Tender for Food and Non-Food Supplies” to the address mentioned below:

Evaluation Criteria:
Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Price competitiveness
- Quality of products
- Delivery reliability
- Past performance and references
- Compliance with specified requirements
We reserve the right to accept or reject any tender, and to annul the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to awarding a contract, without incurring any liability to the affected tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderers of the grounds I’M Hotel’s action.
