A Message from the Management

During these challenging and uncertain times, I’M Hotel recognizes its duty to the community and would like to express its agreement with the government that containing the spread of COVID-19 takes precedence over business opportunity and gain.
Pursuant to the national government’s mandate, and the clear advocacy of the LGUs towards closure of malls and other establishments not delivering basic necessities, the Management of I’M HOTEL deemed it inevitable to temporarily close the hotel, spa, and F&B establishments within the property, after careful review. This temporary suspension of operations will take effect from March 17, 2020, until further notice, but most definitely will end by the time the government announces a lifting of the Metro Manila lock down and its associated curfews.
During this period, I’M Hotel will continuously be disinfecting our property from guest rooms to public areas to guarantee a clean, safe, and virus-free environment for everyone when we resume our operations.
All guests who have incoming stays with us until April 16 will be contacted by our reservations team with rebooking and refund procedures. Our lines remain open should you have any queries, you may call us at (632) 7755 7888 or email reservations@imhotel.com. The latter option is preferred as we are expecting a larger than usual volume of calls with this recent announcement.

Our Cancellation Policy
All in-house guests with check-out dates later than March 18, 2020, will be given the option to:
a. Convert remaining nights to gift certificates, valid for use when we resume our operations.
b. Be transferred to Infinity Suites or any other hotel under the same capacity.
c. Refund, will only be processed should the guest wishes to cut short their stay.
Should the guest ( with room & breakfast booking) opted to be transferred to a different property, the breakfast charge shall be refunded if no breakfast was availed at the new hotel.
Guests booked thru online travel agencies (Booking.com, agoda, etc.) and Corporate Travel Agencies, will no longer be accommodated. Our reservations team will call and send an email regarding your reservation status. Guests will be given the following options:
a. Convert remaining nights to gift certificates, valid for use when we resume our operations.
b. Be transferred to Infinity Suites, Dusit Thani Hotel, or any other hotel under the same capacity.
For guests who booked direct and have incoming stays with us until April 16, our Reservations team will be in touch for rebooking and refund procedures.
