- Only one (1) bottle of house liquor and one (1) birthday cake will be provided per group per visit, regardless of total billing amount.

- Celebrant must present a valid government-issued ID upon claiming. Perks are for dine-in only and must be enjoyed responsibly during the visit.
- Antidote Bar reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or those violating house rules.
- Multiple redemptions from the same overall group or party are not allowed, even with separate receipts.

- Promo is valid for one-time redemption only. A birthday celebrant may not avail of the promo more than once within the 7-day window or across multiple visits.
