- Complete the Membership Enrollment Form (available in physical or digital format).
- Pay the one-time membership fee of Php 2,500.
- Receive your membership card instantly.
- A confirmation message will be sent within 24 hours with your membership benefits and details.

Full Membership Card Benefits
• The complimentary 60-minute massage can be redeemed within the 12-month membership validity period.
• This benefit is valid for any single 60-minute massage listed in the spa menu.
• Advance booking is required and is subject to treatment availability. This offer is not valid during peak periods and holidays.
• The complimentary massage is non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.
• This benefit can be redeemed on a future visit only and cannot be applied to the original or current membership purchase.
• The 10% discount applies to all individual regular-priced spa treatments, including body scrubs, facial services, aromatherapy, and Onsen access. not valid for group bookings made by the member
• This benefit is valid for the cardholder only. For couple spa treatments, the discount may be extended to both guests.
• The discount also applies to spa retail merchandise unless otherwise stated.
• The discount will be applied upon reservation and card presentation. This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or privileges.
• This benefit does not apply to spa packages that are already offered at promotional prices.
• The following promotions are exclusive to Wellness Reward Cardholders. The 10% membership discount cannot be used together with these promotional offers. These promotions are not valid during holidays and peak periods.

• Advance reservation is highly recommended to ensure slot availability during holidays.
• Cardholders are entitled to a special birthday treat during their birth month. This is a one-time benefit and must be redeemed within the member’s birthday month.
• The complimentary Oil Liniment (Lemongrass & Patchouli) is available for redemption only when a massage treatment is booked and the guest submits a 5-star review on Google or TripAdvisor.
• Members must present a valid Wellness Reward Card and a government-issued ID showing the birth month.
• Birthday treats may be claimed anytime within the birth month, from the 1st to the last day.
• Birthday gifts must be claimed at the reception desk during the member’s visit.
• This benefit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• One-time redemption only per cardholder for each membership year.
• The spa reserves the right to replace the gift with an item of equal or higher value if the original item is unavailable.

Terms and Conditions:
• By purchasing the Wellness Reward Card, the cardholder agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
• The Card is available to guests who have made a full-price massage booking at I’M Onsen Spa prior to or during enrollment.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges.
• Enrollment requires completion of a Membership Enrollment Form (physical or digital).
• The cardholder must be at least 18 years old.
• One Card only may be purchased per person per membership year.
• The Card is non-transferable, non -refundable and must be used by the registered cardholder only.
• The Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Unused benefits will be forfeited upon card expiration and cannot be carried over.
• Expired cards cannot be used, even if unused benefits remain.
• The Card must be presented upon arrival or during booking to avail of benefits.
• The spa is not liable for lost or stolen cards. Replacement may be issued for a PHP 500 fee, subject to verification of identity and membership records.
• In case of disputes, the spa’s official records shall prevail.
• Benefits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash value.
• The spa reserves the right to revise, amend, or cancel the program with 30 days’ prior notice.
• Membership may be terminated for fraudulent use, misrepresentation, or abuse without refund.
• Members consent to receive marketing communications from I’M Onsen Spa but may opt out by contacting the spa.
