Reporting to the Reservations Manager. The Reservation Officer will assist the guests in planning, booking, and reserving according to their preferences in the EHORs. He/ She will receive and reply to all guests inquiries through emails, telephone calls and social network messages and will confirm payment through Bank transfer, Credit Cards, Checks or Cash and inputting in EHORs.
