The well-being and safety of our guests, team members, and partners is our utmost priority.

During these challenging times, we recognize our duty to the community and would like to express our support by thoroughly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and by following important guidelines provided by local and international health authorities.

We know that there may be concerns during this time, but we wish to assure our guests that it is our desire and intention to continuously uphold the highest standard of safety and cleanliness in our property. All this to ensure that you will have a pleasant experience during your stay.
 

OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITMENT

All our team members have been briefed and trained in enhanced cleaning procedures, both within personal hygiene and that of the property.

We guarantee that our team members are always in good health, accomplishing the health symptoms questionnaire (in compliance with Department of Labor and Employment- DOLE guidelines) prior to reporting to work. Each have also been equipped with the right skill and knowledge in guest handling, and will be ready to assist anyone who may feel unwell.

Rigorous routines and procedures regarding extensive cleaning and sanitation, physical distancing, and food & beverage offerings have been strengthened and are also in place.

OUR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

As part of our continuous efforts to reduce the spread of infection and to protect the well-being of our team members and guests, we at I’M Hotel have taken extra precautionary measures based on the guidelines provided by local health authorities.

Here our health and safety measures:

Physical Distancing

  • Physical/social distancing floor markers are available in our receptions, elevators, restaurants, and other public areas. Printed and digital signages reminding our guests and team members to keep a distance are also available throughout the property.
  • Lifts are limited to a maximum number of guests per journey.
  • Tables and chairs in our F&B outlets and public areas have been marked accordingly to help identify which seat or table may be used.
  • Peak period queuing procedures are being implemented in all our F&B outlets.

Public Spaces and Facilities:

  • All entrances are equipped with sanitizing gels, temperature scanners, and precautionary signages for use by all guests.
  • All guests, visitors, and staff are strongly encouraged to use our contactless hand sanitizers strategically positioned within the property.
  • Anti-bacterial soap and hand sanitizers are available in all public toilets. Cubicles are cleaned and disinfected regularly especially high-contact points.
  • Temporary closure of Onsen Spa Wellness Suites (onsen, steam, sauna) and swimming pool will continuously be implemented based on local requirements and regulations.
  • High-frequency cleaning and disinfection of common areas and surfaces are being done regularly.
  • Disinfection of elevator buttons, doorknobs, credit card terminals, and countertops regularly.
  • Installation of protective glass in the hotel reception and other guest service desks within the property have been completed.
  • Digital signages stating air quality along with the maximum room occupancy per day are available to assure the safety of all guests and team members
  • Our fitness center is open with limited number of persons at the same time.

Guest Rooms:

  • Room keycards are disinfected and handed out with minimal physical contact.
  • Each guest room is rigorously cleaned and sanitized after each check-out. Specific sanitation consideration are being observed to the following guest room areas:  desks, counter tops, tables and chairs, phones, tablets and remotes, thermostats, cabinetry, pulls and hardware, doors and doorknobs, bathroom vanities and accessories, bathroom fixtures and hardware, windows, mirrors and frames, lights and lighting controls, closets, hangers and other amenities.
  • Single-use printed materials to be disposed and changed after each guest. All reusable printed materials will be removed from rooms.
  • Following stringent measures, our property’s daily linen disinfection process has been enhanced, hygienically sanitizing each laundry.
  • Due to the limited availability of slots for our Fitness Center use, we offer a fitness kit (yoga mat) to bring to your room- free of charge.

Food & Beverage:

  • All chairs and tables at our dining outlets are sanitized at a much higher frequency, and after each seating.
  • We provide sumptuous individually packed breakfast available to everyone.
  • New standards and service methods to buffets and room service are being observed within the property.
  • A limited range of meticulously cooked meals and beverages, such as rice meals, sandwiches, snacks, salads, desserts, including warm and cold drinks are available via in-room dining.
  • Service stations, service carts, beverage stations, counters, handrails, and trays are being sanitized at least once per hour.
